ABOUT CRAFT OUTLET

I began selling online in 1999 in my hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Initially, our selection and facilities were small, operating out of unused office space above my father's retail store. We focused solely on Mardi Gras beads and other Louisiana-related party supplies, operating under the name MardiGrasOutlet.com.

Over the years, as our selection and experience grew, we found ourselves selling much more than Mardi Gras. We eventually found ourselves selling more of everything else and rebranded to CraftOutlet.com in 2012.

Expanding from a few hundred products to tens of thousands has been a wild adventure! There have been many warehouse moves and long nights.

While the company has grown, my young family and our adorable mascot Gracie Lou (Weimaraner) have grown with it. I have so many fond memories of the time I spent working and playing in my parents' businesses, and I know my children will too.

We stock and ship everything we sell out of our own distribution center, still here in Baton Rouge. This allows us to control product quality and orchestrate your customer experience from start to finish.

None of this would be possible without the hard work of our in-house team, who handle everything from technology, customer service, photography, marketing, purchasing, receiving, and shipping.
