CraftOutlet.com Shopify Migration

Welcome valued customers to the all new CraftOutlet.com!

On August 8, 2024 we launched a new website on the Shopify Platform. Here's what you need to know.

Restore your Cart or Wishlist

Log in with the same e-mail address used on our old website. This website is now hosted with Shopify, a trusted leader in secure e-commerce.

There are no passwords. Logging in is performed with a code sent to your e-mail address. If you have a ShopPay account, logging in can be done with a code sent to your mobile device.

WARNING: Clicking "Buy Again" in your order history WILL CLEAR ANYTHING ELSE IN YOUR CART. We are working to find a fix for this, as the account page is completely controlled by Shopify.

What about Rewards Points?

We are improving rewards points going forward. INSTANT REWARDS will apply immediate discounts to your orders based on your historical purchases over the past 6 months, or one-time purchases over the same levels. You can save 5%, 7% or 10% at the time of purchase and won't have to wait for rewards!

Existing reward point balances are going to be converted to their cash equivalent and issued as STORE CREDIT to all customers with Reward Point balances. These store credits will expire 1 year after your most recent order (much like our reward points did). Store credits for reward points will be issued within the next 1-2 days after our migration is complete.

UPDATE: as of midnight 8/10/2024, store credits for your reward point balances have been issued.

HOW TO USE STORE CREDITS: If you are logged in to Shop Pay you will need to select the dropdown box on Payment Methods and select "Alternative Payment Methods,"

You will then be redirect to all payment methods and will see: "Apply Store Credit" above the credit card form.
