This tree topper is surprising light for its size.  The foam snowman head is covered in fluffy fleece for a snowy look.  He wears a black and white buffalo plaid scarf and top hat.  The scarf is lightly wired for easy adjustment. Insert the sturdy pick along the center of the tree and secure with wire.
