Tree - your photo is very deceiving! I have never purchased an 18" tree that has only approx. 45 branches (a 12" tree has at least 60!). Very disappointed with quality of the trees.
Shipping - the trees in the 1st order was decent--no holes. Because you don't ship to Hawaii I had the order sent to nephew in San Diego. I purchased a doz. trees for free shipping. I trust your company that I would receive the same quality trees as what you pictured online and therefore, order 12 more dozen. The boxes the trees were shipped in were horrible--holes from the bottom of the trees protruded out of the boxes pricked my niece's fingers. I assume wherever you get the trees from (China?), the trees were not repacked at your company for delivery, which is unacceptable and telling that it's not important to your company how your merchandises are shipped. To make it worse, most of the trees had to be repacked to bring to Hawaii to make sure the airline wouldn't accept the original condition of the boxes. Spent approx. $900+ for trees that's totally disappointing because it affects the quality of the seasonal tabletop Xmas trees I make and sell.
