A two piece wire work form for making a snowman face. Set comes with a white 10" wire wreath frame topped with a square black top hat shaped form. Each comes with pre-attached tinsel ties. The finished wreath will be 20" wide by 30" tall. Use the tips to wire poly mesh, ribbon or fabric onto the form creating your own personalized snowman wreath. The metal wreath form and plastic coated wire tinsel ties are all weather resistant.
