This sign uses a shallow plastic dome to trap festive star and circle confetti over the artwork. "Happy New Year" is printed in the center of a clock face that marks midnight. Two champagne glass clink. Gold glitter accents the message, frame and champagne.

Beautiful sign but the glitter along the edge of attached poorly . If you barely even touch it , it comes off and is bare . The only way I would use this again is if I put a clear coat over the glittered edge immediately . Beautiful design, Though .
