What we love:  It's HALF a hat! Which means no more fussing with keeping a hat on a wreath!  It fits flush against a door or wall naturally and comfortably.  We think it's perfect for snowman projects.

This snowman top hat is made of heavy duty felt laid over a metal wire frame.  It's hollow and lightweight, but very sturdy.  The top has a frosty look with faux snow and clear glitter. A red felt band is accented with gold glittery holly leaves and red metallic jingle bells as holly berries.
