I ordered the pink and white striped teapot wreath attachment. The first time it was delivered, I opened the box and the spout was broken off. I sent a note to customer service letting them know about the breakage. I immediately got an email back stating they would get another teapot attachment in the mail to me. A few days later I received the second teapot attachment. The second one was also broken due to poor packaging. There was nothing in the box to protect the teapot. I took very detailed pictures of both damaged teapot. The third time was the charm. The teapot arrived with great packaging and it was in perfect condition.
Kayla was very courteous and took care of the returns and she was extremely pleasant throughout the entire time. She made no excuses but took responsibility immediately! This type of amazing attitude does not happen very often. I wanted to give Kayla a huge shout out for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THANKS AGAIN KAYLA!!!
