This patriotic classic is a red, white, and blue glitter 3" tall Uncle Sam hat that can be a part of your Independence Day centerpiece or attached to a wreath for the 4th of July. The crown of the hat is painted with blue glitter on top, red glitter on the side, and features white glitter fabric overlay forming stripes. A shiny blue 0.75" ribbon with white stars trims it.
