Returned full order of items in same box they were shipped to me in, in the same condition they were shipped to me in - Magically when I returned the items (2 of which were damaged when shipped to me), I didn't get refunded the money for them. Also, I purchased and returned 3 packs of small zip ties that "weren't in the box" when returned so I didn't get refunded for them either. This company is a rip-off. They "take video" when shipments are being packed but somehow couldn't see the items that were imperfect before shipment.

The wreath frames are very well made and I truly appreciated the quick delivery. Craft outlet continues to provide excellent products at excellent prices! I had a terrific experience once again.
