Description

This double-sided fused ribbon features a navy blue front surface completely covered in fine glitter particles, paired with a contrasting gold metallic lamé backing that creates a rich two-tone effect. The dual-fabric construction is reinforced with fusing technology and includes navy blue wired edges for secure shaping in wreaths and bows.
