Description

This pretty velveteen ribbon is designed to use in outside projects - the soft, rich topside hides its plastic, water-resistant underside. 

  • 50 yards (150 feet) long
  • 1.5" wide
  • Wired edges with red stitching

Wired Ribbon - Splice Disclaimer

Wired edge ribbons (from Craft Outlet or otherwise) may not always be a single continuous piece.  In cases where a spool has been spliced, the factory has been instructed to provide 6" or more of extra ribbon to make up for any associated waste.

Most spools will be continuous without splices, but not all. Customers finding a splice will typically adjust their bows to hide the splice within a fold.

Ribbon looks and feels very good. My wife has not tried useing it as yet. She is confident it will be perfect.

I wanted to love this ribbon but it is not what I expected. The bound wire edge comes away from the body of the ribbon. If you slow down, it can still make a cute bow but be careful with twisting the ribbon. This was true for 2.5” and the 1.5” ribbons.
