I’m actually rating the company - I have been trying to resolve an issue with defective products that I received but their final resolution was to offer a full refund only if I PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. Cusotmers should not have to pay to return bad products. I know 16 of 20 stems were defective because 4 were perfect but their position is that the defective items noted on photos I sent look like just like what’s in inventory. If that is the case, I CANNOT recommend their products and certainly do not appreciate their customer service /return policy. I won’t be shopping with them again!
