This skull is painted to look old and weathered.  The haggard old witch has purple, stringy hair - quite literally, as it is made of string!  She is cloaked in grey burlap that is soft and raggedy.  The decoration is flat the back, so it hangs nicely against flat surfaces or on wreaths.
