Small white glittery balls form snow clusters around clear grasses that feature iridescent tinsel that adds fuzzy-like texture. Short, wired sections near the base allow for general positioning, but the filamented ends bounce about playfully with a mind of their own. The iridescent glittered white candy cane sticks are made from foam with a wire running down the center. Each foam spiral is wrapped with red and white silk rope.
