The ribbon arrived in what I thought was perfect condition and was so cute but while cutting my pieces for bows I noticed 2 pieces were glued together so I was unable to use it. I have had this happen before for cheap ribbon from dollar tree but never thought it would happen on Craft Outlet ribbon.
It’s beautiful ribbon but not good quality. While cutting pieces for bows I found that about a quarter way through the ribbon it had been glued back together! Very disappointing for a ribbon bought from Craft Outlet! The pieces glued back together did not match either.
