Wired Ribbon - Splice Disclaimer

Wired edge ribbons (from Craft Outlet or otherwise) may not always be a single continuous piece.  In cases where a spool has been spliced, the factory has been instructed to provide 6" or more of extra ribbon to make up for any associated waste.

Most spools will be continuous without splices, but not all. Customers finding a splice will typically adjust their bows to hide the splice within a fold.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!

I placed my order on the 21st.
Fed Ex delivered the package to the wrong address on the 27th.
Fed Ex concluded their "investigation" on the 31st.
Craft Outlet just re-sent my order "overnight" today, February 3rd.

I spoke with Kayla, Jasmin, and Wayne at craftoutlet.com. They all acted as though they were doing us a favor by overnighting the $200.00 purchase (minus a now out of stock item) from two weeks ago.

They all ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to do anything such as including extra product for my inconvenience, offer a special coupon, offer a credit... They would do NOTHING AT ALL.

To all of the customers who LOVE Craft Outlet, just wait and see how you feel when something like this happens to your order. They're completely unwilling/unable to do anything to make the customer feel better about what they've been put through.

Gone are the days of actual Customer Service!
