This white ribbon is covered with a pattern of patriotic stars. Small, solid red and blue stars and glittery white stars are neighbored by larger stars with more complex designs.  The large stars are outlined, and sometimes double or triple outlined, in contrasting colors.  The white parts of these stars are also glittery.
