Description

This ribbon stacks the two elements in the American flag: stars and stripes.  One set of stripes is glittery, royal blue topped with a row of white stars.  The other is white topped with red, glittery pinstripes.

Wired Ribbon - Splice Disclaimer

Wired edge ribbons (from Craft Outlet or otherwise) may not always be a single continuous piece.  In cases where a spool has been spliced, the factory has been instructed to provide 6" or more of extra ribbon to make up for any associated waste.

Most spools will be continuous without splices, but not all. Customers finding a splice will typically adjust their bows to hide the splice within a fold.
