This 2.5" ribbon has a soft navy blue velour velvet face with a short, matte pile, fused to a dupioni plaid back in navy blue and red. The plaid wraps over both wired edges to form a narrow plaid border along the velvet side, and the bands run straight across the back rather than on the bias. Twist your loops so both sides show in bows for preppy Christmas wreaths, Fourth of July door hangers, or winter designs built around navy instead of traditional red and green.
