This spray has three sturdy, fabric curls.  Two of the curls have white stars printed on navy blue fabric on the inside.  One of the curls has red velvet on the inside.  All of the curls have red, white and blue striped grosgrain ribbon on the outside.  The curls are wired so they can be compressed or stretched as needed.
