This 4" plaid ribbon has a crisp, preppy look in navy blue and white. Wide navy bands cross with white blocks, and thin white pinstripes run through the pattern. The back is a solid white fused lining, so the ribbon has extra body and a clean finished side for loops that flip or twist. Both edges are wired and finished with white overlock stitching.
