This 4" double-sided ribbon pairs a shimmering metallic tartan plaid with a thick, solid red flat velvet reverse. The plaid face has a red base crossed with bands of blue, green, purple, yellow, and lime green, woven with metallic threads that give the colors a pretty sheen as the light hits it.
