This garland is short and sweet, perfect for smaller spaces.  It has wired sections of boxwood leaves and heather flowers.  The flowers are red, white and blue and are clustered together by color along the garland.  They have a plastic base that is covered in tiny foam beads.  Look for our matching 15" Heather with Boxwood Bundle.
