What we love:  It's HALF a hat! Which means no more fussing with keeping a hat on a wreath!  It fits flush against a door or wall naturally and comfortably.  We think it's perfect for snowman projects.

The texture of this top hat is difficult to capture in photos - they just don't do this glittery mesh justice.  The mesh, woven into a tight pattern of irregular ellipses, is covered in a fine black glitter and topped with a coarser one.  The texture and sparkle take on a magical quality where one could imagine it has powers to bring snowmen to life...  The hat is accented with a red glittery band and holly made of green glitter velvet leaves and red glitter styrofoam berries.
