This hydrangea is really quite something! The flowers are made from iridescent yellow plastic that has been molded to hold its shape.  The leaves are made from the same fascinating material.  Unlike other artificial hydrangeas, the flowers in the flower head are attached to the stem individually, by gold wires.  This type of construction opens up creative possibilities because the flowers can be spaced apart into an airy fountain shape.
