This 7/8" neon orange ribbon is made from two layers of moire fabric fused back to back, so the same bright, fluorescent orange shows on either side. The surface has a fine, tight weave with a soft matte finish, and the wired edges are wrapped in a raised, looped orange stitch that gives a subtle textured border.
