Unfortunately, while learning how to create these heavily wired edges with bountiful stitching, the factory has run into some production issues.  The front stitching, for the most part, is luxurious and gorgeous -- perhaps even more so than the most expensive designer ribbons on the market.

The back side is sometimes a bit off the mark. The imperfections can include uneven, wavy stitches, wire showing, or one edge of the ribbon may have narrower stitches than the other. These imperfections can persist for the entire roll or be completely non-existent (or somewhere in-between). In all cases, the wire is securely stitched to the ribbon via clear filament - so the ribbon is functional and maintains its superior hold despite any blemishes.

The factory has already begun to find solutions to these issues, and will provide improved LX and LS series ribbons in the future.  In the mean time, these are too good to refuse with their minor (rear-facing) issues.

Please also note that wired edge ribbons may not always be a single continuous piece.  In cases where your spool has been spliced, the factory will provide 6" or more of extra ribbon to make up for any associated waste.

LX Series - Fused Fabrics

The LX series consists of two fabrics (front and back) that have been fused together.  Combined with the heavier gauge wire, this provides superior body and hold.
