Description

This luxe, high quality banner/sash is made from D. Stevens' signature 6" ribbon.  Two beautiful fabrics are fused together and given a dovetail cut at the ends.  The front side is white velvet, and the back side is metallic gold dupioni. Metallic gold stitching covers the heavy-gauge wired edges.  "Happy Mardi Gras" is embroidered in purple.  Two fleur de lis accent the greeting, embroidered in purple, green and metallic gold threads.
