This luxe, high quality banner is made from D. Stevens' signature 6" ribbon. Two beautiful fabrics are fused together and given a dovetail cut at the ends. The front side is a rich teal blue velvet and the back is a pink canvas with white polka dots. Pink stitching covers the heavy-gauge wired edges. "Hello Spring" is embroidered in matching pink and accented with embroidered purple and pink flowers.
