Description

This narrow 1" ribbon is double-sided, pairing a slub-textured faux purple dupioni face with a purple glitter reverse. The velvet side has a rich, deep violet tone with subtle texture, while the glitter backing adds a metallic sparkle that catches light well. The metallic edges run along both wired borders, giving the ribbon a finished, coordinated look on both sides. At 1" wide, it works well as an accent ribbon layered into wreaths — try it woven through a Mardi Gras, Easter, or holiday wreath where you want a touch of texture and sparkle without overwhelming the other elements. Wired edge ribbons (from Craft Outlet or otherwise) may not always be a single continuous piece.  In cases where a spool has been spliced, the factory has been instructed to provide 6" or more of extra ribbon to make up for any associated waste.

Most spools will be continuous without splices, but not all. Customers finding a splice will typically adjust their bows to hide the splice within a fold.
