Description

This 2" wide ribbon is double-sided, featuring a deep purple faux dupioni face with the characteristic irregular slub texture that mimics real silk, and a purple glitter reverse that catches light with a metallic sparkle. The wired edges are finished with coordinating purple metallic stitching, giving both sides a clean, polished look. At 2" wide, this ribbon is a practical choice for wreath-making — it's wide enough to build full, shapely bows on its own, and the dual-sided construction means either face can show without looking unfinished. It works well for Mardi Gras projects, Easter wreaths, or any seasonal arrangement where you want rich purple texture and shimmer.

Wired Ribbon - Splice Disclaimer

Wired edge ribbons (from Craft Outlet or otherwise) may not always be a single continuous piece.  In cases where a spool has been spliced, the factory has been instructed to provide 6" or more of extra ribbon to make up for any associated waste.

Most spools will be continuous without splices, but not all. Customers finding a splice will typically adjust their bows to hide the splice within a fold.
