10" Metallic Fine Weave Deco Mesh: Orange & Copper

et me start off by saying this is not the 1st time I’ve had an issue with this company. I’ve had several issues with my shipping either not on time or delay . I’ve been more then patient about it but after today I want to give any customer sewing this some insight on how they do customer. I spoke with Jasmine and let me just put this out there I’ve never really cared for her because her tone can come off as nasty, facetious and condescending. That alone didn’t sit well with me however I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because nobody’s perfect. However today 8/21/26 around 1:27 pm was the last straw for me . Now i placed an order days in advance so there shouldn’t have been no problem with me getting my package by Saturday. However somehow the shipping address according to her was changed and that’s why FedEx said it was undeliverable. Mind you I’ve placed over countless orders and have spent well over $800 this year alone on products. So for this to happen again with the delay in the delivery I told her I’ve been more then nice about the countless times this has happened in the past and I would be requesting a refund because I had a class I was in on Saturday 8/22/26 and 50% of the items I ordered i needed and with me not being able to use them I’m going request my money back. She said I could do that then I asked would I have to pay for shipping because this mistake wasn’t made from me . She said that it would be taken out of the final refund. I replied with how that’s fair to me ? Here is where the conversation went left I asked to speak with management. She told me that management wasn’t available I said well I need them to call me back . She then replied “their not gonna to do that they are just gonna have me do the follow up” . I told her I was trying to be nice about the situation and give her respect but I wouldn’t continue to deal with her attitude. She replies how do I have an attitude. I told her that her tone, pitch, delivery and being facetious and condescending only exacerbating the situation. She continued to want to go back and forth I told her to have the other girl that works in the office call me, because she’s not gonna talk to a paying customer and that if management didn’t call me back I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. It’s REALLY SAD that she portrays management as not wanting to be bothered or my issues aren’t important enough. It’s also REALLY SAD I have had countless issues with this company and they NEVER want to make it right with the customer. With these situations happening they could have offered a discount , a credit or even something for future orders but they don’t . CraftOutlet you all need to do something with Jasmine because she has smart mouth , the tone and her thinking she’s ALWAYS right or that she has to have the last word is not cute. In fact it’s super unprofessional and the service is subpar. She’s got me confused with someone else if she EVER thinks she going to talk to me any kind of way, talking over me and not honor my request. After this incident I’m going to be filing complaints on every platform I can because customers need to know how I was treated .

The fine mesh is great. I think that being fine mesh it doesn't fray as much and it is stiffer so it holds the shape longer.
