Description

This is the wider 2.5" version of our sage green flat velvet ribbon — a good choice when you need more ribbon presence than the 1.5" version provides. The velvet surface has a short, smooth pile with a matte finish in a soft grey-green tone that reads as sage rather than moss or olive — lighter and cooler than moss green, with a distinctly muted, dusty quality. Both edges are finished with a looped overcast stitch in matching sage thread. At 2.5" wide, it carries enough visual weight to work as a primary bow ribbon on wreaths and garlands, and the color pairs naturally with cream, dusty pink, lavender, and soft white for spring and everyday arrangements, or with burgundy and gold for understated holiday projects.

Wired Ribbon - Splice Disclaimer

Wired edge ribbons (from Craft Outlet or otherwise) may not always be a single continuous piece.  In cases where a spool has been spliced, the factory has been instructed to provide 6" or more of extra ribbon to make up for any associated waste.

Most spools will be continuous without splices, but not all. Customers finding a splice will typically adjust their bows to hide the splice within a fold.
